I couldn’t say more good things about this place. It is our home away from home! We have to travel up to Cincinnati Childrens hospital very often and we are always able to stay at the RMH. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the food is wonderful. They were our home when we were going through the worst time in our life. So thankful for this organization!

We are currently staying at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Cincinnati while our son receives treatment at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. The experience here has been outstanding. Every single person—staff and volunteers alike—goes above and beyond to support families. What stands out the most is their empathy. They truly understand that every family here is going through an incredibly difficult time, and they treat everyone with genuine kindness and respect. The food is amazing and thoughtfully prepared, which takes a huge burden off parents who already have so much to manage. The rooms are extremely clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. But more than the amenities, it’s the people who make this place special. Their compassion, warmth, and willingness to help in any way they can make a meaningful difference during such a challenging time. We are deeply grateful for everything they do.

My son Adam and I visited the Ronald McDonald house last week to donate "aluminum pull tabs " in honor of my son DJ. We had a total of 56 lbs! We have collected these tabs from various people over the past couple of years. This has been our biggest collection so far. Going on round 3 to collect the tabs for this great organization ♥️♥️ See the picture as to how much we collected.

I can not speak highly enough about CRMH!!!! My granddaughter had a BMT and my daughter was at the Ron for over 4 months. I spent a month with her and my husband spent 3 weeks. The care, concern and attention to details is overwhelming! We didn't have to cook a meal, purchase any cleaning supplies or laundry soap. And they are located steps from the Entrance to CCH. Thank you to all employees and volunteers for making this a home away from home!

This place is staffed by the most selfless and dedicated individuals, who are often the lifeline for many patients just across the street. These patients may not have made it through their ordeal without the care and open-hearted support of the volunteers at RMH! After a long day of procedures, surgeries, and treatments, the warm hospitality—whether material, physical, or emotional—helps patients momentarily forget their pain and challenges. It gives them the courage and strength to face another day, bringing them closer to recovery and discharge from the hospital.
