Ordered two leis for my wife's college graduation, including a multicolored haku lei. I was notified on the day of shipping that they would be sending an all white lei instead of the multicolored lei we ordered. They said they did not receive the right flowers from their supplier. No discount or refund was offered. There was not enough time at this point to source leis from another company.
I contacted them about the issue as I was disappointed to not receive what I had originally ordered. They offered a 10% discount on the order. It was not a good customer experience and I should not have had to be the one to ask them what they would be willing to do to make it right. I think a more reasonable refund for this type of issue on a $160 order should have been at least 20-25%.

Kudos to the staff at Hawaii Lei!! I was able to place a same day order. Picked them up on the way to the airport to give as arrival gifts for relatives. So very happy with how fresh and beautiful they turned out.

We had an amazing experience! The service was excellent, the flowers were high-quality and beautiful, and everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. The professionalism and attention to detail truly elevated our event — the flowers definitely upgraded the whole experience. I recently discovered Hawaii Lei Stand/Beretania florist and have used them several times for mainland shipments. I am local and very picky about the quality of the flowers that I pay for. I am extremely happy with the quality, price and prompt shipment of their bouquets.

A dishonest company that truly doesn’t care if your flowers are to your liking, or even alive once you receive them as long as they get your money. And will refuse a refund on a technicality. I read other reviews about how when certain requests couldn’t be made, they called and let them know a second option. However, that courtesy was not done for me. A simple request of no purple flowers if possible resulted in poor customer service, dead wilted flowers, and a refusal for any way of making it right because “it was not guaranteed”. I’m pretty sure spending over $900 should have a living flower guarantee. I could tell when my complaint was made, that they was extremely money hungry and was waiting for my displeasure to tell me that they was planning this theft. It was almost like my asking for no purple flowers guaranteed them a lump sum of cash in their pocket and send whatever flowers was going to hit the trash later that day. Then, after refusing to try and come with a resolution, staying silent on the remainder of the phone call, and no longer accepting phone calls from me (the supervisor never did call me back). They also tried to have my Yelp review taken down and drag a different company’s name through mud , claiming I had reviewed the wrong store. Rest assured, HAWAII LEI STAND BY BERETANIA FLORIST is the thieves. No confusion here. To get honest reviews taken down, you have to at least attempt a solution. Or at the very least apologize for the main reason of the phone call; an order that wasn’t made to order, with poor quality flowers . Pictures are to show the dead men’s leaves, and the mismatch mother daughter crowns in the wrong colors, and specifically said to use the same colors for both crowns (which even if colors can’t be guaranteed since that’s the argument you want to give, why couldn’t the same flowers be used for both crowns?).
