I placed an order for delivery. Received confirmation and then the next morning received an email stating they canceled my order. I called the store and asked what had happened and the lady working gave me some reasons on why they couldn't fulfill the order which I understand, but when I explained that a phone call would have been nice she deflected and was seemed as though she couldn't could care less. I try to support local whenever I can but this just didn't feel like great customer service.

Received flowers from here twice and loved both arrangements. Flowrs were super fesh and long lasting. The delivery driver is super polite as well.

Absolutely love Monroe Floral flower shop! I went in just 10 minutes before closing, and the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. She put together the most beautiful flower basket — fresh, cute, and perfectly arranged — all for a very fair price. The service was super fast, and the flowers looked amazing. This is now my go-to flower shop. Even my 7-year-old daughter, as soon as we walked out of the store, said: “She was such a nice and sweet lady! I like her!”😍😍 I won’t go anywhere else! With just two weeks notice, Jennifer and Monroe Floral stepped in and helped us figure out the flowers for our daughter's wedding. She had creative ideas and really quickly and professionally helped us figure out what we needed and how to make it happen. The day of the wedding, they showed up right when they promised and the flowers were gorgeous! The bridal bouquet was so much more than our daughter hoped for, the design of the 'best people' flowers was simple and amazing and the rest of the flowers were just spectacular. And a week later, look as fresh as they did that day of the wedding....thank you so much for helping make that such an amazing day, we are so very fortunate to have you in our community!!!
