I just wanted to write a quick review for Crossroads. They helped me and my family when my mother passed recently and they were just wonderful. The people who were there to support us and walk us through our grieving were so kind and supportive. They even followed up personally with me several times after Mom’s passing that really helped me pull through and realize that there were people out there who could just listen to us even if it was just a call or texts. Wonderful people and I’ll never forget their kindness through this horrible time. Thank you.

I lost my mom last night it is a very difficult day after, but for the last year and a half while in Crossroads care they have been wonderful. The last couple of days they have been so good at guiding me through this. My family is deeply grateful for the care my mom has received from Crossroads of Dayton. Every member of the team — from the nurses to the aides — has been absolutely wonderful. Their compassion, professionalism, and kindness have made such a difference during a difficult time. They’ve treated my mom with dignity and respect, always going above and beyond to make sure she’s comfortable and cared for. My mom was a very private person, and they respected that. We could not have asked for a more supportive, attentive, and caring group of people. Thank you, Crossroads of Dayton, for the exceptional care and comfort you’ve provided to our family. Despite what you might read in other reviews, giving these folks five stars isn't even close enough to the amount that they deserve. My wife was with Hospice of Dayton prior to Crossroads Hospice, but since she didn't "die" in a timely manner, she was discharged from they're services. We scrambled and found Crossroads Hospice, and we are FOREVER grateful. My wife had a liver transplant back in 2016 and it worked just fine for 4.5 years, but then, her liver disease returned. Medication wasn't going to correct this, and another transplant wasn't an option due to very low success rate. EVERYONE we encountered at Crossroads Hospice was absolutely amazing, like an angel on earth. Doctors, nurses, aides, office staff, etc. All ALL-STARS. All of my wife's needs were met, constant contact with her and at the end with myself. She never suffered and went peacefully in our home as she had requested, surrounded by the ones she loved. The care and dedication to taking care of my wife and family allowed us to focus on the limited time we had with my wife. These people are more like family than just hospice employees. We talked, we bought them meals, we included them in our daily lives during the whole process, and they supported us the whole time. I could go on forever telling you how great this organization is, but if and when the times comes, please, give these folks an opportunity to care for your loved one(s). You will NOT regret it, I guarantee it. To do it all over again, I wish we could have had Crossroads Hospice from the start of my wife's journey, they are just that good at what they do...

Worse hospice! Had problems from the beginning and should have changed hospice companies!! Nurse and aide would cancel appointments saying they were pulled away. Happened more than once. Had problems getting medications. Twice the medication billing information was not submitted correctly to pharmacy. When I picked up the medications both times I had to call crossroads, speak to multiple different people to get the billing information completed. Crossroads even placed the pharmacist on hold for long periods and still didn’t provide information. It was a lengthy process that should not of happened! Nurse tried stating that my mom canceled appointments, which was not true!! Since my father’s passing NO ONE has contacted my mother to see how she is doing!! No follow through for grieving!! Nothing!! Hospice is for the patient and for the family to help navigate through a difficult time!! They were also very stingy with supplies. They gave no information to my mom on what to expect. Once when I called the after hours phone number, it rang for 18 min without anyone answering!!! I had to call the 1-888 # to get ahold of someone. Very Very Very disappointed with our experience!!! The aid wouldn’t even try to bath my father unless we tried to convince him. My father would say no at first and she would respond ok! Really! This company is not who I would recommend!! Run away from them!! I gave 1 star for the chaplain who was very caring and spent time with my mom and dad!! The nurse also went looking through cabinets looking for a medication we did not have!! That is wrong!!! I could write more about things that were said to my mom and us that were lies about what they do!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Where to start? I just lost my mom last night and it's still crushing me at the moment. I wanted to write this review while the feelings are still fresh. I can't even begin to say how amazing all of the Crossroads staff have been. Each and every one of them that we had a visit from are incredible people. I've never encountered a more professional and compassionate group of people in my life. They cared for my mom just like she was their own mom. I will highly recommend Crossroads to anyone that has family needing home care. They were here every step of the way while my mom was at the end stage of her battle with cancer which she ultimately lost. They constantly checked up on her and my family through this. They will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you so much for keeping my family comfortable and pampered during our most trying time. I will always appreciate you.
