I ordered a bouquet for my granddaughter’s first dance for sale and they went above and beyond the special touches special sparkle, special ribbon. It was amazing.

I reached out late in this afternoon hoping for a same-day flower delivery and honestly thought I may have missed the window—but Steve was incredibly pleasant and accommodating from the moment he took my order. He made the entire process easy and stress-free with such great customer service. Not only was the arrangement delivered the same day, but it was absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. You can tell they truly care about both their customers and the quality of their work. I’ll absolutely be ordering from them again!

Unfortunately, my experience this time was not as positive as the other reviews here, and I’m not sure if those reflect ownership prior to Bea selling the shop. I ordered a corsage, boutonniere, and bouquet for prom and received three emails confirming my order was ready for pickup. The young woman who helped me place the order was very pleasant and explained that as long as I arrived by noon on Saturday, everything would be ready. When I arrived at noon, only the corsage and bouquet were prepared, the boutonniere was missing. I was told it had already been picked up, which was incorrect. Instead of receiving an apology or acknowledgment of the mistake, I was told to go next door, grab a coffee, and come back in 20 minutes while they made a new one. I understand that mistakes happen, especially during a busy prom season. However, what was disappointing was how the situation was handled. A simple apology, some ownership, and a proactive effort to make it right would have gone a long way. Instead, I had to ask for any form of resolution, and the response I received was, “well, we’re making it for you.” For context, I had a great experience ordering homecoming flowers here last September when it was under previous ownership, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as customer service and accountability make all the difference.

They saved my butt after calling a “floral call center scam”. A little backstory, So unbeknownst to me, I called a scam florist and needed same day delivery. I was promised that was possible so I placed my order. The next morning I received an email stating the order had been cancelled because they couldn’t find any local florist to fulfill the order. I thought they were local! Anyway Flowers N More (formerly Bea’s Flowers) was amazing! I was able to speak with the owner and another employee and they were both so kind and got me taken care of! I told them my problem, my budget and desired look and they were able to put together a beautiful arrangement that stayed in budget and arrived on time! I got emails throughout the entire process from ordering and a receipt all the way to a preview and delivery! The whole process was great and I highly recommend Flowers N More!

Bea was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. I first sent her some of my inspiration pictures regarding colors, flowers, and styles, then we met for a planning meeting. Bea took the time to talk with us and even mock up what different arrangements could look like (something other florists did not offer). I can be really indecisive, and my husband and I often had contradicting opinions, yet Bea was extremely patient and professional throughout our conversation – listening to our preferences and offering alternative suggestions and recommendations. Knowing nearly nothing about the costs of flowers, Bea helped us to come up with arrangements that met my vision and also met our budget. After wanting to make a few changes to our original plan, Bea was more than happy to allow us to come in for a second visit to talk things through. She never made me feel rushed or insecure for changing my mind or having trouble deciding what I wanted. She was kind and attentive, helping me to finalize arrangements that I felt confident with. Two days before our wedding, Bea offered to have us come in to her shop and look over the finished arrangements. This is not something I’d ever heard a florist offer, and it was so wonderful because it allowed us to look everything over before the big day. Bea, again, was patient with us and took approx. 2 hours of her day to talk things over and make changes on the spot. She allowed our input on anything – the shape of the bouquets, the ribbon colors and styles, adding/removing pieces, etc. After our final meeting, I requested a single flower be moved to a different place in my bridal bouquet so it could be better captured in photographs, and Bea was more than happy to accommodate. Bea made everything easy – delivering our arrangements and setting them up. When I saw our florals on our wedding day, I was completely blown away. Every flower, every color, every detail had been so carefully thought out and crafted, and she did incredible job of taking my vision and bringing it to life. All of our guests were raving about how beautiful our flowers looked, and I’m still in awe at how dreamy everything turned out. Bea, we cannot thank you enough!!! The dedication you have to serving your customers is impeccable and shows in your professionalism and product. We’re so grateful for your attention to detail and your kindness. We highly recommend Bea’s Flowers to design your floral needs! She is truly top notch.
