Upon entering the store, I was immediately being judged. Don't know why, as im in this store atleast once a month and spend my hard earned money. I asked if they had a public restroom and they rudely said no. Next I was interested in seeing some of the bags hanging by the register. I wasn't allowed to touch them with out the employee removing them and hovering over my every move. While I was looking at bags, a older lady was ready to check out and nobody was in line, so she went to the register. The sales associate rudely told her she needed to stand behind the starting line and she would be called over when ready. Both cashiers were very rude and unprofessional. They definitely lacked customer service skills. Treating everyone like a criminal. I asked the Hispanic/indian associate for her name because I was leaving a review and she said im not giving you my name. Its not okay to treat paying customers with such ignorance. I will not be returning to this store and I suggest you dont either. Give your money to a thrift store that appreciates there customers.

Staff was friendly. Some of the pricing was crazy! 15 bucks for a jug of laundry detergent? A brand I use regularly, 15 bucks is barely a discount on this product. But other items were fairly priced. 🤷 I will be back again.

The front desk lady was kind to me however I witnessed her getting on this other woman who was wearing a scarf on her head and a long skirt. The lady had found a couple items and was walking around the store looking around like everyone else. For some reason the front desk lady kept getting on this woman about how she (the front desk lady) can't be walking around with her stuff in her arms and that she (the customer) needs to leave it at the front desk. The front desk lady then went on with the customer something about a bag. Watching the whole interaction threw me off and I really didn't want to support the business. I will not be going back there. The front desk lady spoke to the customer kind of defensively. Lesson here is your customers watch how you interact with other customers, so remember to stay calm and professional as much as possible when a situation arises. Props to that customer for staying calm and saying I understand you and for coming up with a solution.

Don't go here to shop and expect to be able to park in handicapped parking regardless that you have plates they have blocked off all parking in front of the building as employee parking. I give no stars to the rude staff and the fact they disrespect handicapped people

The lady on the phone just told me they help nobody with anything but food. I can't understand why people keep donating to these scammers lining their pockets. "Let's just give them food but not really try to help solve the problem. I need gas to get home. What are they over there doing!? These places need to be audited and their doors closed, put 'em in jail for fraud and scamming the public.
