The awesome Hospice team were like angels. I wasn’t able to be my husband’s only caretaker anymore so Hospice was the way to keep him at home. They took care of both of us! There aren’t words to express my gratitude to them all. After about a month on Hospice, my husband took his last breath on earth and his first breath in heaven. These wonderful people made it possible for me to be with him and hold his hand as he transitioned.

I recently was put on oxygen. The concentrator they gave me is big, around the size of a small suitcase but it rolls on wheels and is considered a portable concentrator. It doesn't hold a charge. It doesn't charge in my vehicle. They told me something was wrong with my vehicle even tho I have no trouble charging other things in the car. I called them a few times to try to resolve the issue, I have upcoming Dr appointments in Rapid and will need something reliable and manageable as this concentrator is bulky and heavy aside from not holding a charge. They showed no interest in helping me. They won't even provide me with small portable oxygen tanks because the thing I have is considered portable. They had no interest in helping me find a solution. They actually referred to another business instead of trying to help me. So much for customer service and concern for their patients health and needs for medical support. Very horrible experience.

The level of care is terrible. Hire another hospice please. If you care about your loved one do not sign up with these people!
