I have been looking around for quite some time now to secure my assets and prepare a will for any unforeseen circumstances that might happen to me. After my mom's unexpected passing recently, I knew I needed to act quickly.

Through a friend, they mentioned Randall Sparks; and how he works closely with you to created a living trust that fits your needs and goes through all the legal requirements and details. It was pretty easy getting an appointment set up. Getting friendly email reminders about my upcoming appointment. Received information on what to expect for the first meeting. They offer zoom meetings and in person. Also received online forms to fill out to get the trust started. The first meeting went overall the terminology and how the will and trust work together. How it works with my state laws and all details needed to understand how trusts work. He was very personable and I could ask all the questions I needed to make sure my trust was set up to my liking. We went over the preliminary documents I had filled out online and made changes to them and added things once I understood how the trusts work. After this meeting we another through their online system. Where we then finalized the documents and signed necessary documents approving the setup. With in a few weeks, I received my binder which was amazingly put together containing all documents, and a usb drive and an email giving me additional steps on getting accounts like savings, etc, into the trust.
