Disappointed with the customer service at Urban Poppy. I came in excited to create a bouquet at their flower bar for my daughter’s dance recital, only to be turned away because they needed to finish another order that was about to be picked up. While I understand orders take priority, the situation felt poorly managed and unwelcoming. A little better time management or communication could have made a big difference. Unfortunately, it left a negative impression on what was supposed to be a special moment.

The flowers are beautiful and fresh and were delivered in a timely manner followed an email to indicate they had been delivered. My friends were extremely happy with the arrangement!

Wonderful experience ordering a custom bouquet from Urban Poppy! They were so helpful throughout the process, from my initial contact with them to coordinating hand delivery with the recipient at her office. Their designer Margaret created a stunning bouquet!!!

I LOVEEE this store!!! If I lived closer, I would literally be in this store on a weekly basis. It's so fun for putting together your own flower bundle but they also have the cutest giftables, clothing, home items, etc. Just so well thought out. The space is also so pretty and smells heavenly! Staff is incredibly kind. I could go on and on about how much I love Urban Poppy! Just take my word for it, they are amazing and you need to visit!!! It's also just doors down from one of the best coffee places in Savannah! Win-win!
