Great Crossing Funeral & Cremation

I have nothing but great things to say about this family/team. We came to them needing a full package service, and they went above and beyond to ensure we got everything we needed. This was such a great location for a smaller service, and was amazingly affordable. This is a family well-established in multiple areas in Lexington and surrounding counties, which gave me solace that they were going to take wonderful care of our family's situation. Additionally, they are a full-package service (funeral, cremation, crematory, and help with headstones too), so I'm looking forward to working with them on a headstone in the near future. I would 10/10 recommend them all day long. Their customer service is amazing, and their expertise and professionalism is unmatched. We are happy we were introduced to them, and Emily is our saving grace. Thank you for everything!

Money Could Not have brought a more beautiful service for my Father. We lost my Dad back in February. Tom and Jennifer went out of their way to help us. They went beyond their job. These two are great. They still check in on me. I lost my Son 3 years ago in May. They didn't handle my Son's funeral. I don't think they were in business then. Tom and Jennifer remembered me talking about my son's passing. Tom called me on May the 16. Just to talk and to say him and Jennifer had been praying for us. Then brought me flowers and a beautiful card. We shared a few years and a prayer. In time of need you WILL Not find no one as caring as they are. They were a blessing for us in our sad time. May God continue to bless them

I just wanted to take a moment to thanks Mr.Tom & Jennifer Morton for they’re passion, love, generosity they have shown too our family! When you look at the generosity of the Bible, we see it goes much deeper than just money or being nice! Tom has went above & beyond to go out of his way to help us in the darkest of times! The funeral services they provided was first off beautiful and smooth! Something that we all needed at this tough time our families are having after loosing a loved one! I can’t thank them enough great crossing funeral & cremation services are more than fair priced. They do everything in a timely manor and offer many different services. Tom and Jennifer are absolute saints. The compassion my family and I received as we laid my father to rest was absolutely amazing. I've had many experiences in several funeral homes in Lexington and I've never felt the genuine care and respect that Tom and Jennifer provided us. They truly felt like a comforting part of my family as we mourned the loss of my father May God bless you both for the kindness and and thoughtful things you have done for me and my family!!

Tom & Jennifer Morton are truly MIRACLE WORKERS even in your darkest hours. This lovely couple took their time to thoroughly explain the ENTIRE process without you having to figure out the questions to ask- especially if you've never lost a loved one before. I highly recommend Great Crossing Funeral & Cremation! They offer a lovely space that is set up like a chapel but with a very homey feel. The compassion & attention to detail they expressed throughout this very emotionally intense process made this experience a lot less painful and made it easier on my family to focus on planning the celebration of my dad's life. Their venue was deal to host at least 25 people, the rules are super lax - Tom & Jennifer hosted a very comforting environment and allowed us to celebrate our Cuban culture without hesitation. So thankful and beyond grateful my dad was in your care & how hands and involved my family got to be during this process.
