We worked with Wilde Thyme for our Barnbougle Castle wedding, and truly can't recommend them enough!! All of their patience and attentiveness during the long months of planning, answering all of our questions, assuaging our nerves and anxieties, and showing us so much compassion and care for our event was all so meaningful. Despite working with hundreds of couples this wedding season, they truly made us feel like the only ones. Most importantly, the food was stellar. The team of chefs knocked it out of the park. We received SO many compliments on how delicious the food was, from both vegetarians and meat-eaters alike, and on the generous portions. Everyone was so delighted with everything from the canapes to dinner to the late night snacks, and not one person went home hungry! The chocolate dessert in particular was a HUGE crowd pleaser. We also got so many compliments on the catering staff, particularly on everyone’s kindness and how seamless the entire day felt. Every member of your team went above and beyond to make our guests feel so welcomed! The professionalism and dedication of Ross and his entire team is unparalleled, and we are so so lucky to have worked with them for our wedding.

Wild Thyme was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. The entire process felt so easy and seamless—we always felt taken care of and in good hands. Our personal tasting was such a special experience, and we loved being able to make a few thoughtful tweaks afterward to make everything just right. On the wedding day, they somehow managed to outdo themselves—the food was even better than we remembered from the tasting, which honestly felt impossible. Every single dish was incredible, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was. Beyond the food, the service was just as impressive. The servers were so kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire evening. We had multiple guests comment on how cared for they felt, which made such a difference in the overall experience. We are so grateful to Wild Thyme for helping make our wedding feel so special, elevated, and unforgettable. They truly exceeded every expectation.

We selected Wild Thyme to cater our wedding at The Secret Garden and their food was absolutely next level. The spread they put together was beyond words! We selected two performance stations, paella and prime rib. The paella pan was such a fun lively addition the the wedding but the attention to detail was spectacular. It was loaded with seafood, fresh vegetables, stuffed peppers, and cooked to perfect. The prime rib was incredibly tender and cooked perfectly. The appetizers (pork belly egg, croquette, grilled cheese, carrot soup, and ahi poke cup were also amazing. Each item was plated and passed so beautifully. Days after our wedding and our guests are still raving about the food. In addition to the amazing food, the service was excellent. The waitstaff were so kind and attentive, checking in on all the guests often. The planning process with Wild Thyme was also very smooth. They were very accommodating to our ideas, requests, and questions. Sophie was very responsive. We would recommend Wild Thyme again and again. We hope we are invited to an event served by Wild Thyme so we can enjoy the food again!

We hired The Wild Thyme Company to cater our wedding in August 2025 and were incredibly impressed by their service and food quality. The day-of execution was flawless — the food was elegantly presented and, more importantly, delicious! Seriously, it was just as good as the tasting, if not better. The raw bar during cocktail hour was a huge hit with our guests, too. We still have guests complimenting us on the food weeks later. Their serving staff was professional, kind, and attentive. We did a "flip" so that we could have both our ceremony and reception outdoors at our venue, and they killed it! The tables looked perfect. Another detail we really appreciated: while we were off taking photos during cocktail hour, our event coordinator, Savannah, personally brought us a plate of appetizers so we didn’t miss out. So sweet - thank you, Savannah! Of all our wedding expenses, this was the largest — and we have no regrets. The food and service fully lived up to the price. The only challenge we faced was that there were periods where email responses took longer than expected, which was a bit stressful at times. In hindsight, it seems they dedicate the most attention to weddings that are 2–3 weeks out — which totally makes sense and paid off in the end. But if you're not working with a planner (we weren’t), just be aware that you might need to be a little patient in the earlier phases of planning. Overall, we’re very happy we chose The Wild Thyme Company. They brought a level of quality and polish to our wedding that truly made the day feel special.

In looking for a caterer for our wedding day, The Wild Thyme came highly recommended by our wedding coordinator, Julie Scrivener, and our wedding venue, The Japanese Friendship Garden. Myra, Dawn and The Wild Thyme team were so kind and patient through multiple postponements from the start of planning our wedding in early 2019 to finally celebrating July 3, 2022. In fact, Dawn & the team were kind enough to allow a second tasting after said multiple postponements to include my out of town immediate family, which was incredibly special & the meal blew us all away. As expected, our foodie guests were equally ecstatic with The Wild Thyme offerings on our wedding day. A highlight of the evening for everyone was undoubtedly the raw bar - that will easily be one of the things our day is remembered for.
