Im not quite sure. Service wasnt pleasant ..its almost if 🫴🏿🤔...idk. anywho what i know and will say , is its a company started by a great great paw 1956 ..work for a company didnt like management changes and started his own competitor company ...great American Story of success and ownership ...its a kool thing that they personally carve da stone there themselves. My first experience in headstone purchases ..but again maybe it wasnt the best day for them. They had all info prior to arrival and yet we walked in older gentlemen behind glass. Reckon the boss barely spoke. Young ladii glass door wide open on computer to our left never turned her head around and looked at us and definitely never even spoke. Its a small enclosed personal office space everyone can see soon as anyone walks in and we can see them We were the only ppl in the small house building ..young man came from back. And assisted us easy going patient soft spoken. The owner wasnt there she may be the bright spot in da company are the reason.. havent seen completed work I can grade that later date maybe but as who I am ... I felt a way bout the reception as if our buisness wasnt theirs and maybe he was in training as taken over although he said he been in da buisness helping learning since 12 ...he was kool informational tho ..no slight to him. Young man did a fine job but old guy behind the glass and young ladii in the office. They could learn better manners and learn more Hospitality but they cudve jus been busy looking at ther computer screen. No earplugs on nothing ..I cant give stars accurately on this one yet .. my apologies for length. But 🤷🏿

If you want the very best in selecting a monument and the finished product being beyond expectations do not use any other company. Gary and his team delivered on his promise and completion date to perfection. He stayed on top of the process from the very beginning when we selected the headstone to the final installation!!!

Never payed attention to where this place was at until my brother passed January 2026. They were very polite, welcoming always communicated, and payed half up front the rest in payments until marker was completed I also choose a Marker/Stone that was already in stock so the turn around was great/Fast. Will always recommend this place me and my family are very Grateful!

My family has always been about budget over quality, and I have always been quality and service over cost. Initially, my family wanted to purchase a memorial marker for our sister who died in 2020 on Amazon with a target budget of $450, which you design your own Prior to making the purchase, I convinced them to go to a local company and I remember seeing in my countless trips down CF Hawn Freeway in a small unassuming building. After a short drive from north dallas, we walked in to a fantastic, glamorous and surprisingly upscale interior with an immediate greeting from multiple friendly service consultants. We ended up working with Brandi Spradling and she was an absolute delight from start to finish. In order to really be able to properly explain the circus that can be my family would take a while Instead, I’ll tell you that they have provided us with a gorgeous design for a very reasonable cost and is managing the delivery to the cemetery as well as any fees and paperwork or documents that need to be taken care of with the cemetery. At the time of this review, I’ve not seen the final product, but the delivery of design was completed ahead of expectations, and I have nothing but full confidence in them. If that should change, I will come back and update this review Highly recommended!!!! support small local businesses like these that make quality products and provide a quality service experience that is clear, hassle free and generally a pleasant experience for dealing with such an intense thing. Erica at Spradling Monuments went above and beyond helping me and my family after another shop had us waiting for almost two years! She understood the stress it was causing and did not hesitate to step forward. Honestly her care and customer service was the best thing we could’ve received at these times. Highly recommend them.
