Dan was very pleasant and efficient in drawing up a complete plan for us. We went the full route of trusts, wills and powers of attorney's. He included conditions that we never thought of but could have happen. Most importantly we wanted to treat our two boys equally, but differently. He did a great job of understanding our wishes and incorporating them into the trusts and wills.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Daniel. He is completely thorough, caring and exceptionally competent. He make the task of setting up a will and trust understandable and easy for me.

Dan was great! A friend referred him and we're happy they did. My wife & I needed to set up our first living trust so we had a lot to learn. During the process, one of the documents we had already signed had a very minor but important detail that was accidentally missed. To remedy the situation, Dan corrected it and personally brought the document to our house so we could sign it and didn't have to make an extra trip to his office!
