A Ray of Hope

My counselor was kind and compassionate. He helped me so much throughout my situation.

I have had both good and bad situations and instances with this place (as an online/video visit client) The good: My therapist has been super helpful. She really cares and listens to me! I look forward to the sessions, as I feel heard for the first time ever. I have grown a lot since attending her sessions. The bad: I used to never get reminder calls, and there is no easy way to contact your therapist that doesn't break after awhile. I can't text message her and have it all send, and neither can she, and apparently emails also don't go through! And when I try to call the front desk or whoever works there....they rarely call back. It's not pleasant. And it makes doing any healing harder. I hope someone fixes this soon!

My counselor left Ray of Hope. Ray of Hope never contacted me. My mental health suffered greatly and they simply didn’t care about their patient.They never reached out to me. Made it seem like my problem that she left.

Amazing life-transformation for our family. Our experience of Iris has been that she is genuinely caring, wise, gentle, available, deeply experienced, truly invested. She is in fact a rare gem of a person.

We have had 4 therapy appointments thus far and have seen Anttarch. We have been nothing but completely satisfied with the counseling sessions and have found them to be helpful and beneficial. I would personally give Anttarch a 5 star rating. The reason I gave this a 4 star rating was due to the facility. It is a beautifully renovated old house but I have a couple recommendations. First, there is no sign in the front. It appears that there used to be, but it is no longer there, which made it difficult to find the first time we went. Secondly, please send an exterminator to this location. We have been there 4 times and each time we have seen at least one bug (same type of bug each time) in the counseling rooms. It does make one a little uneasy as we really don’t want to take any of these creatures home with us. So for the reason we go there, counseling, it is a total 5 star. Just the facility needs a little bit of improvement.
