Keith Monuments

I deeply regret choosing Keith Monuments for such an important and personal purchase. I paid for a monument and was promised full service, but what I received was far from it. After the payment was made, communication practically stopped. I was left in the dark for weeks with no clear updates, and despite multiple attempts to follow up, I was either ignored or given vague responses. This wasn’t just a casual transaction — it was something meaningful for my family, and the lack of professionalism and accountability was absolutely unacceptable. To not deliver the full service and then fail to take responsibility is incredibly frustrating and hurtful. I would strongly advise others to think twice before working with Keith Monuments. My experience has been nothing but stressful and disappointing.

I must say that after a family member has passed, these things are so much harder than you could imagine. Sheila was a Godsend for our family. She was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. I will never use anyone else for these services. Part of our family drove almost an hour but we were SO glad we did. Sheila was as beautiful inside as she is outside. My Papaw had been so down and out and she was truly amazing. Thank you Sheila, you have no idea how much we appreciate you and we will aways tell anyone we know needing this service, to come see you! Its truly rare to find such a kind soul.❤

Our family is overjoyed with my baby sister stone, when she passed my aunt sprong right into action and contacted Mrs. Keith about designing one for us and we couldn't be happier with the final product. Mrs. Keith met us almost immediately after entering. She was warm and friendly. After the initial pleasantries she steered the conversation to business deftly and comfortably. We explained what we wanted and showed her pictures. She asked questions to close the gaps and quickly understood exactly what we wanted. She plans to get additional information over the weekend and provide us with an estimate on Monday. She left us with a strong impression that she is highly competent and businesslike without being stiff or formal. Looking forward to working with her and her company.
