I had the unfortunate luck of working with two other Mason yards before finding Golden Hill who kept telling me they were going to do things and never did them. Apparently this is a common theme in monument companies. Golden Hill monument was amazing. They delivered probably early. They were better priced for a bigger stone with a picture just like I wanted for my mom. They were very communicative via text. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

I wanted to share my great experience with Golden Hill Monument and Henry! I recently purchased a tombstone and used their services. Henry's professionalism made the entire process so easy to understand and predict. My cemetery has a limited selection, but Henry really understood what I was looking for. What's awesome is that at Golden Hill, you can choose customized tombstones with special Chinese characters and patterns. And here's the bonus – Henry has fantastic connections with many Bay Area cemeteries. Trust me, you're in good hands with his worry-free service when it comes to getting your tombstone just right! 👍

I am very happy with the excellent work provided by Golden Hill Monument. Henry was very knowledgeable at guiding me through the many available options for designing the monument and making the monument look pleasing on the front and back. I wanted to include Chinese writing, and Henry was so patient as I changed my mind a few times about the Chinese characters. I chose to have a more modern design of the photograph of my loved one, and it turned out so much better than I expected. The resolution of the photo was so sharp and the colors so vibrant. I'm just so pleased with how everything turned out and in such a short amount of time (less than 6 weeks). The location of the company in Colma was also very convenient for me. Don't waste your time looking around for another service. Confidently go ahead and work with Golden Hill Monument cause they give you the best price and service. They truly care about you and your feelings and are willing to accommodate your time and even money limits and constraints. I worked directly with Henry in September 2021. They make the process easy and hassle free. Henry was not even in rush to get the money, he delivered the marker to the memorial park and sent me a picture and then when I followed up about the rest of the payment he gave me the option of sending him a check by mail. When we told the memorial park that Golden Hill Monument is our vendor, they also mentioned that Golden His is a reliable vendor and they work with them often. Some time around Christmas I sent a picture of the market to Henry to ask him how I could fix a minor scratch on the picture (I was just looking for some advice like a special marker or something) and what he did was he arranged to have the photo replaced to a brand new one without even me following up on that. So, I would highly recommend Golden Hill Monument, and I should say I did check 10+ vendors before I decided to work with them, and I would choose them again. Thank you Henry and the team!

Working with Golden Hill and the team with Henry for our family's headstone and masonry services was a great and smooth process despite a tough time for our family. They were able to give us really good guidance on the different stones, designs and styles and calligraphy/font on the stones.
