It's been 3 years and they have yet to installed 2 grave markers i ordered. I'm a very patient person but this is ridiculous and heartbreaking for me. I've reported them to the BBB and everybody else here who has been thru the same should do the same. That way , they won't be anybody else that would have to go through this stressful and heartbreaking situation. It's really a shame.

OMG! reading all this bad revies makes me so sad, my family and I are going threw the same thing this lady is not answering my calls or text is been more then a year since we order and paid for my brother's stone I highly do not recommend this place at all. Their lack of responsiveness and consistent excuses have caused immense emotional distress, They don't deserve a star at all.

We have been trying to contact this company for MONTHS (at least) with no response. We have been working with them for over 3 years now for a simple headstone for my Mamaw. They took over $1000 from us and then have had countless reasons for the delay before finally just not responding. And now their number doesn’t even work to contact them so I have been emailing them almost daily with no response. They have caused so much unnecessary pain and have made grieving our Mamaw/Mom worse than it had to be 😔

My family and I have been working with this company for 2 1/2 years to get a headstone for my uncle who Passed 3 yrs ago and my father who passed in April 2024. They have been telling us it would be placed in two weeks and this is now over two years for my uncle and an update with my father’s info 6 mos ago. We were shown the stone and that all it needed was engraved. There has been no phone calls to us for any delays. We have left messages with no response. They have been paid in full 2 yrs ago. This is totally unacceptable especially when families are dealing with the loss of a loved one. I can’t even express how unprofessional this is and would never recommend this company to anyone.

Update to the company response to this review. We appreciate the apology. However, we went online and ordered the product you made us wait 8 months on and it is being shipped. This was about a 4 week process. I suggest getting some new suppliers. My family bought a headstone in 2020 and yes that was during Covid and it took a while to get it. Once placed it was very nice and we were pleased. Fast forward to July 2023. My elderly aunt asked Tee, the owner, if she could update the 2x3 inch oval photo on her son's grave. Tee said yes so my aunt sent the money and photo. Check was cashed promptly. Months passed and no photo. No communication.My aunt asked me to contact Tee to see if I could get the matter resolved. Tee told me she uses an overseas company and that she sent the order out and upon receiving it back she wasn't happy with the product. She promised to get it resolved and would contact us. Months went by again, texts ignored, no communication. My texts got a little more stern and a message came that the photo would be installed by weeks end. It wasn't. Finally, in December 2023, my 85 year old uncle wrote a certified letter...no response...and then another threatening legal action and reporting this company to the state licensing board. Early February 2024 Tee sent an email stating her mail was on hold and she actually never got the letters till after she decided she would just refund the money. She stated she sent a check earlier on, because all along we said just refund the money and forget it after we had waited so long and listened to excuse after excuse. Today is February 17th, 2024 and my aunt finally received a certified bank check. This 8 month ordeal has been ridiculous and disappointing. We were lied to and this situation upset my elderly aunt and uncle who just wanted to honor their son. In reading through some reviews here it seems lack of communication and totally ignoring customers is a common theme. This is very unprofessional especially since they are dealing with people at the worst moment of their life in having to bury a loved one. Giving no stars is not an option on this review. This company seems to provide a good product but I cannot recommend them to anyone based on the fact that they do not communicate with their customers and when they do are not honest. Do better.
