Laurel at the West Liberty Ave location was sympathetic and professional. She made planning our daughters funeral uncomplicated, alleviating some of our stress. She followed through and was there whenever needed. I would definately recommend Beinhauer Funeral Homes and Laurel.

My sister and I could never had planned a more beautiful funeral for our beloved mother. Emily was so very helpful, and the staff that prepared our mom for the viewing did an excellent job. My mother looked beautiful, and we are at peace now after seeing our mother this way. Every last detail was covered. Our family would like to sincerely thank Steve and everyone at Beinhauer Funeral Home for the beautiful funeral they arranged and managed for our dear son, Gautham. This was the most difficult time in our lives, and yet they made sure Gautham received the most beautiful and respectful send-off. Nearly 400 people attended the funeral and showed their love and support, which meant so much to our family. They went above and beyond by honoring our special request to bring our son home before the service and then return him to the funeral home afterward. As a Hindu family, it was deeply meaningful that they accommodated and respected our Hindu ceremonies and traditions with such care and compassion. Their kindness, professionalism, and generosity touched us beyond words. They did not charge us a dime for their services, and that level of compassion is something we will never forget. We truly do not know how to thank them enough. We will always be grateful to Steve and Beinhauer Funeral Home for helping us give Gautham the dignified and loving farewell he deserved.

There was great care taken with my niece and nephew who lost their mother, my sister, very suddenly. None of us live nearby, but they made it possible for me to take care of funeral arrangemnts for them, alleviating them from the burden of paying for an unexpected loss. Great care and kindness.
