The team from Monarch was very helpful and supportive providing end of life care for my stepmother. They were very responsive and communication was timely.

My family chose to entrust Mom to the care of Monarch a year ago based upon the wonderful reviews we found here, and I am so thankful we made that decision. Luke, my mom’s RNCM, took very good care of her. He treated her with such compassion, kindness, respect and gentleness and was always thorough and proactive in managing her care. Luke kept me updated after every visit and included me in any decisions that needed to be made. My mom looked forward to her visits from Luke. When my mom’s health sadly declined recently, he made sure Mom and our family had the support we needed through those difficult days. His genuine love for my mom, his profession and his patients shined through. I also appreciate and enjoyed the rest of Mom’s care team and am grateful for them as well. I give Monarch Hospice my highest recommendation.

Monarch Hospice helped our family with both my dad and my stepmom. My dad had dementia that progressed pretty quickly and my stepmom had MS and had been bedridden for years. The Monarch Hospice staff were amazingly supportive, thorough, kind, and caring. They truly went above and beyond to help us get through such a difficult time. They provided excellent care for my parents - getting to know them as human beings, making sure they had all the right equipment for their care, bathing and showering them with dignity, patiently answering my questions and listening to my concerns, recommending and adjusting medications, helping with insurance issues, praying with us and with me personally, making sure my parents were comfortable especially during those final weeks, sending night watch nurses so we could rest, and providing grief support after each one passed. They even helped several times with moving furniture! I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for Hospice services.

The team at Monarch was a great support for our mom and family. Anna was key in understanding the next steps and how to best support our mom during these times. JJ was very kind to share her gift of music and gave our family a lasting treasure. Thank you so much for helping us on the journey.

I would like to personally thank the staff of Monarch Hospice for the care they gave to my mother during her passing. The individuals that I came into contact with were the best examples of caring and professionalism that a bereaving family could ever ask for. Their concern with my dying mother made a horrible event tolerable. I truly thank Monarch for their commitment to my mom and myself.
