Great service! I was pleased with every member of the staff. From ordering, with a very kind and helpful woman, and a great gentleman who delivered my husband’s surprise anniversary arrangement. It came out beautifully! I even requested pet safe flowers and they accommodated me. Thank you again!!!

The absolute best! I mean the absolute best! When I say I will not buy from any other floral shop in Baton Rouge, I mean that! Micah with the delivery team was an absolute gem today! I am out of state and Micah made sure my mother received her flowers. She is in a gated community and he was not able to reach her to get through but he called me and he worked it out with much patience and made sure the flowers reach her for Mother’ Day. What a wonderful young man, I appreciated him for all his efforts. That says something about his work ethic!! Thank you, Billy Herman’s!

Excellent service from ordering to delivery! Earlier this week I ordered flowers for another funeral and was so disappointed with the delivery. On time? Yes, but they did not deliver what I ordered and said they chose what they delivered because they could not fulfill my order. They failed to reach out to tell me they could not fulfill my order but reached out for additional information about the deceased. I was planning on using them again for this funeral, ordering something similar- Sympathy flowers for the home- but changed my mind and called Billy Heroman’s. I live out of state and was not able to attend the funeral but wanted to show my sentiments with a card and flowers. Billy Heroman’s did not disappoint. I received a picture of what was delivered with a great big Thank You and they are beautiful. Thank you for being excellent!

Thank you so much to Billy Heroman’s for creating this incredibly beautiful, custom guitar design as a tribute to our beloved friend and worship team guitar player for his recent funeral. I shared an inspo pic, and y’all knocked it out of the park and made a creation that was so unbelievably amazing and way better than the inspiration photo I found online! Most importantly, the deceased’s family was so surprised and grateful for such a loving, fitting tribute, as well as many of his close friends. I 1000% recommend Billy Heroman’s for all your floral needs.

Best place to order your lady flowers because they take care of you!! The sweet people at Billy Herman's were amazing! My husband sent me flowers for my birthday which were beautiful but I realized the vase was leaking, the staff went above & beyond to not only replace that vase, but also the one after that ended up having a hairline crack on the side! Their generosity and amazing customer service seriously blew me away!💗 Originally I felt like such an inconvenience, because I honestly just wanted to know if there was a way to stop the leak since it was slow and from the bottom, but they insisted on replacing it with a brand new arrangement! The lady i spoke with was so kind, sweet & apologetic about everything, I wish I would've gotten her name to thank her for making sure I got a vase without leaks!💕 The last delivery lady even waited to make sure it wasn't going to leak this time after I sat it on my desk and did a wipe test🥲💖 if you're gonna get your lady flowers, definitely go through them!💕 I have never received such flawless customer service before like this! 10/10 definitely recommend, plus the arrangements are gorgeous!!
