I used Lily service for my grandpa funeral. It was exceptionally beautiful. The flower arrangements were very very pretty. I ordered a special package. They were able to work with my budget and went out of their way to help our family. I definitely got more than what I was expected .

I ordered last minute (3:30)on a Friday when I found out about a sick granddaughter . The flower arrangement was so cute and was delivered within 2 hours. I'm very happy with the flowers and the service.

Do not order from this company!! AWFUL. I specifically upgraded to the large size & ordered the “Lavender Rose Medley” arrangement with lavender and purple flowers k ribbon. I emailed to make sure it was all lavender & purple like the photo depicted. What I got was the puniest most awful light pink sparse roses (only 6) & barely any filler - stuck in a cheap ugly vase. Total waste of money & nothing like the photo. When I emailed about my disappointment asking for a refund, they would only give me a 20% off coupon if a future purchase. I am really upset my daughter got the crappiest bouquet ever.
