Colt at Affordable Monuments went above and beyond his job duties recently in assisting our family following the passing of our mother with burial arrangements in FL. Being from out of state, Colt made everything seamless and smooth. You can tell that he cares about his customers and the families that he is assisting during a difficult time.

I took my niece here to pick out a monument for the unfortunate loss of her husband. I had originally planned to take her to master craft monuments in plant city. They wouldn't return my calls for an appointment. When I called affordable they were quick to help me to make an appointment to select the monument. Colt and his wife were very helpful and made the process less difficult for my niece. The prices were fair and the selection was excellent. We would highly recommend the prompt service and quick response to our needs at affordable over master craft in plant city.

I recently attended a burial completed by "AM" and they were extremely rude. The coffin was literally still in a open hole and they asked for the family to get out of their chairs while they proceeded to remove the tent and chairs to clean up. They seriously lack respect!

I dont think that the commenters below are talking about the same place. I have nothing but praise for this company and the services offered. No, Kim doesnt have time for chitchat - shes too busy getting your stuff done. She was always right on top of messages, erc. I would recommend this place to all!

I called for a status on headstones for my Uncle & Father, it has been more than the 120 Days as stated of receipt. When I Finally got an answer, she told me "I thought this call was for something Important, I am very busy right now, I am doing a General*something*. I don't have time for this, Thank you." and hung up. Other than this incident, the establishment is almost always closed, and they hardly ever answer the phone. I am getting my money refunded. There is no excuse or reason for these people to be providing any type of customer service much less run a bussniess.
