the fail rate on their trees is very high, seems like there must be some government kickback scam involved here, because there is no way they are reforesting anything when all their trees arrive well after frost in the fall. of 40 trees we received 6 are alive. in the meantime with the other 60+ trees we've planted in the past several years from other sources we have a nearly 40 growing. these guys make fastgrowingtrees.com seem competent. stick to local nurseries, the cheap prices aren't worth it

I have been a member for decades, and firmly believe that the Arbor Day Foundation is doing its best to create a sustainable future. Most years, I donate my trees to youth groups, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, 4-H, and elementary schools that go on outings to plant the trees. I also make it a point that when a Veteran I know or someone close to me passes on, a tree is planted in their name. That may sound trivial to some, but to me, it is symbolic of the life one chooses to be a part of mine. Nature will always find a way to carry on, but if we come together and aid her, she will be kind to us in return. The trees lost to wildfires must be replenished, and clear-cutting is an abomination. The corporate entities that destroy our forests leave behind so much waste and go unaccountable, while we all pay a very high price for their greed. The Arbor Day Foundation has taken great strides forward, and with support, will make everyone's life just that much better.

I have been a member of Arbor day foundation for 5 years and even recommended it to my neighbor who joined as well For the first 5 years the experience was great.. id sign up donate and get stuff it was great. They even stuck to replacing some trees that died as almost none they sent ever did survive never mind thrive and absolutely none thrived but two lilacs What this 0 star is for and why I never recommend doing business with these people is because of their shady business practice of making it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel an order I waited two hours on chat and just caved to email and by the time they got it not even 4 total business hours had passed and it was too late to cancel the order I now have to spend my day waiting for FedEx so I can refuse the package Mind you this was ALL BEFORE THE LABEL WAS PRINTED DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE

I’m disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Arbor Day Foundation. I purchased a Kramer’s Supreme Camellia (3-gallon) for $119 including shipping. When the plant arrived, it had visible brown spotting on the leaves. Given that camellias can be susceptible to fungal issues and leaf diseases, I’m not comfortable introducing a potentially infected plant into my garden and risking contamination of other established plants. I contacted customer support right away. I did receive a polite response saying that their “specialists are to investigate this further,” which I appreciated. However, it has now been over a week with no follow-up, no resolution, and no clear timeline. At this price point, I expected better plant quality control and more responsive customer service. As it stands, I’m left with an unhealthy plant and no clear path forward. I hope they improve both inspection standards and post-sale communication.

Great prices on great product. Ordered many trees this spring. So far the Blue Wonder Colorado Spruce have arrived. Temporarily transplanted to pots, yes a little nervous about this myself. Nevertheless, plants arrived in beautiful condition. 6 days post transplant they are thriving. Can't wait for the other trees to arrive!
