I cannot thank the team at the funeral home enough for the care, professionalism, and compassion they showed my family during one of the most difficult times in our lives. From beginning to end, they were attentive, patient, and incredibly considerate of every detail. They didn’t just provide a service—they truly cared. They made sure my father was honored with dignity, and they took very good care of me and my entire family throughout the entire process. Their professionalism was excellent, but what stood out even more was their heart. In moments where emotions were high and decisions were heavy, they brought calm, clarity, and comfort. It was truly a pleasure working with them, even in such a difficult season. I pray that God continues to bless their business with many more years of success, because what they do matters deeply to families like mine. Thank you again for everything.

She did a very good job on my baby memorial everything was so beautiful and Keri was so nice kind and gentle when it came to handling my family. 10/10 recommend they will take care of your loved one. And everything will be so nice sending your loved one home.

Hello everyone, My brother was buried on March 14 2026. I just want to thank the entire staff of Precious Memories Funeral Home for all the .love and kindness they showed my family while we were going thru the loss of my brother. The building is beautiful,the prices were remarkable and the staff was outstanding. If you want to have a peaceful place for your love one please give them a call I promise you you will satisfied.

I cannot express enough gratitude to Ms. Keri and the staff for creating an environment of love , kindness and compassion that they shown to our family. A beautiful purple urn was chosen from a variety of options and it was the best decision for my sisters final resting place.

My mother just passed away on November 3, 2025 . I just picked up the beautiful lavender urn we picked out for her today it only took them 6 days to get her back to us. They were most helpful, respectful, and efficient. They also were unbelievable on their prices. The were the most affordable place we found. in all of Louisville,Ky. The loss of a loved one is hard enough , but they made this moment such a heartful and peaceful one. Thanks For your services. For my mom Mrs. Donna Searcy , rest easy momma.
