Center For Loss & Renewal: Bereavement Counseling

I joined Benyamin's Adults Mourning the Loss of a Parent 8-week group about a year after losing my father. At that point in my grief journey I felt isolated, uncertain, and struggled to find a sense of purpose. Through this group, I connected with others facing similar challenges, which provided a profound sense of understanding, support, and community. The bonds formed among participants were truly meaningful, and sharing this experience with individuals who began as strangers was incredibly powerful. Benyamin was wonderful in his leadership and guidance as well. He always created space for our emotions and encouraged us to explore them more deeply, which was incredibly healing. I cannot recommend this group enough. It was an invaluable experience that I will treasure forever.
