I would recommend this company to anyone for the care of their loved one... they treated my mother like she was their own. There was never a time that they weren't available if and when we needed anything. The nurses that we interacted with were some of the most compassionate people I've ever met. Especially Barbara and Rosemarie... they have equally lovely aids who kept my mother comfortable and cared for... I'll never forget you Junie, I can't thank you all enough for the love you showed all of us. They were very knowledgeable and great at their jobs. And on top of that they had a music team that they sent to bring music to your loved one...Allison was simply amazing she came and sang all my of mom's favorites and not once but 3 times before momma went to be with Jesus and not just for 15,20 min but over an hour every time. She and my mom made a special connection that I'll never forget. I think my mom thought she was a family member at first and Allison just began to act like she was and loved on my momma and let my momma love on her...I hope I haven't left out anything but if i did believe me it was all good. I praise the lord for letting us find Continum...I believe that they are storing up blessings in heaven.

We chose Continuum Care for our father's hospice care during his final battle with cancer, and I was truly impressed by their attentiveness and support. From providing equipment and medication to ensuring consistent daily care, they handled everything in a timely fashion and with compassion. Our father did pass eventually after a few days in Hospiice but they made his transition much easier for him and for our family. I hope I never need their services again but if I do, they will be the company I'll be calling up first. Thank you Mona, Fernando, Aslyn and the rest of the Continuum team that helped us!!

What a blessing CC of Broward was for my Mom's hospice care in the nursing home. Everyone was so caring and respectful. They really made the process so much more comforting. Charleen was my personal angel during this time and I am forever grateful for her warmth and compassion in addressing all my Mom's needs during her last 6 months. May Gd bless her and all the staff who helped me navigate through this difficult time.🙏

From my initial conversation with Mona, I knew that Continuum Care of Broward was the right place for my 100- year- old mother and my 60- year- old sister with special needs. Unlike other companies that I interviewed, Mona focused on my loved ones' " living ", not "dying" experience. She talked passionately about the company's philosophy and commitment to providing the best care and support to give their patients the best quality of "life" to the very end. And, they have delivered on that promise 100 percent!!!! Because Continuum Care focuses on "life", my mother and sister were both given outstanding care at all times that addressed all their issues day and night. In addition to attending to their medical needs, the company made sure that they got all the supplies and medications they needed at all times. The reason for Continuum's outstanding rating is due to the excellence of its staff!!! The attitude and approach of every caregiver is that of love, care and compassion. No one has ever made caring for my mother and sister seem like just a "job". Since that first phone call, Mona has become a treasured gift to my family. Her commitment and dedication to her patients is unparalleled. Mona always goes the extra mile and beyond to care for her patients and will always find a way to address the most problematic issues. True to her commitment to quality of life , when my sister passed away in July 2024, Mona got her a suction machine hours before she passed to keep her as comfortable as possible to the very end! Barbara, the nurse to both my mother and sister, is God sent!!! She provides ( Mom is still alive) meticulous and loving care and makes sure that nothing falls through the cracks! Barbara promptly addresses all of my concerns , and I am comfortable managing my loved ones' care from out-of-state knowing that Barbara is there. Junie , their aide, is a true blessing!!! She cares for them as if they were her family and treats them with such love, respect and dignity. She is vigilant in making sure that they are kept very clean and that all their hygiene needs are met. A unique service offered by Continuum is music therapy. Wow, I never could have imagined how powerful a tool that was until I met Rebecca !!!! The work that Rebecca does is a priceless gift that has brought immeasurable joy and peace to all those who are fortunate to hear her. Rebecca's service is not just about her music, but also the genuine love, gentleness and compassion that resonate from her core . My mother and sister always looked forward to her visits, which were the highlights of their days.On numerous occasions, although my mother and sister were unresponsive to other stimuli , they immediately responded to the sound of Rebecca's voice and would attempt to sing along with her!!! It was amazing to see the peaceful countenance that came over them when Rebecca ministered to them. One of my most priceless memories is the smile on my sister's face when Rebecca sang her favorite song to her on the day she passed away. At her funeral, Rebecca graciously gave of her time and sang to her one last time!!! OMG, she did a phenomenal job !!!! Everyone commented not only on Rebecca's beautiful voice but on her radiant signature inner beauty. I am forever grateful to Mona, Barbara, Junie , and Rebecca for providing the best quality of life for my mother and sister over the past year and a half. I would also like to acknowledge and thank Mindy and Karen ,who also provided outstanding nursing care at the beginning of my mother and sister's admission.

I’m grateful for people like John, Mary, Walker, Junie and Kierra. They are very caring, supportive and professional individuals working for Continuum! My 98 year old dad looks forward for their visits.Thanks for all you do 🙏🏽❤️
