DeFio Law Firm was a joy to deal with from the first phone call to ask about setting up a trust. Every other attorney that I called gave me a price over the phone with little to no knowledge of our wants or needs. DeFio Law insisted on a meeting first (no charge!). Others wanted to charge their hourly or a flat fee to meet first. At our meeting he gave me a price (very fair!) for the irrevocable trust. He asked about Powers of Attorney for Lori and I then advised the reasons for having them. Did those for no extra cost. At our meeting today to get all that done, I asked about updating our wills also. Took some extra time with us and did those at no charge too! Besides all that Dan is a truly nice guy who made sure we understood what we were doing and why. I recommend DeFio Law to any and all!
