I’d like to say For the Crocker family. The funeral home here is one that goes above and beyond helping the family. I was closely involved in handling their arrangements and they did everything possibly to make it so easy for them even highly discounting the funeral because it was an infant. Maria Villanueva was our director she went above and beyond was very Compassionate with every one in the family. From the beginning to end, I don’t know that it could go any better, especially at a time like this for a family hurting so much. Phillip and Melissa

My grandsons funeral was today 6/22/2026, and I have been to 100s of funeral’s in my life and I have never seen anything like I saw today. The family barely got to see him and I mean less than 10 people , then before my daughter-in -law was able to leave the chapel, the personal had started removing the casket and putting everything away, they did this in front of her and she almost tried to follow them. Then at the burial site they placed him in the ground right in front of her and she almost climbed into the grave with the baby’s casket, and she’s still not up to normal health. This was the most disrespectful service I have ever seen and I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. This was their only son, my only grandson and I feel that our family was very disrespected and I’m so angry right now, normally I would be up in arms right there , but I chose to have more respect than was shown to our family. There was no professionalism shown in my opinion, and for what a funeral cost they should have done better and shown more empathy , do better people, do better.
