Wes and his team catered our daughter's wedding over Memorial Day weekend down in Soldotna. His crew showed up from Anchorage with all the food, warming trays and everything else needed and put out an amazing spread including appetizers, main dishes, salads, sides and even some "late-night bites" for some after hours snacks. The food was outstanding, the prices very fair, the communication was excellent leading up to the day and we received numerous compliments from our guests on the tastiness of the food. We would highly recommend Wes and his crew for any wedding or other large scale event and we will certainly use him in the future!

I used this catering company for a birthday party and a dog wedding I was throwing at my house. I had ordered halibut with white bur blanc sauce, as well as the braised beef and scalloped potatoes. Everyone at the party really enjoyed the food. It was delicious! Wes the owner responded back to my inquiries very quickly. He was on time, professional, and put in extra effort. He assisted me in showing me how to use buffet warmers that I had just got, and I feel that he went above and beyond in his customer service. I would definitely recommend this company for all catering needs.

Wes was absolutely amazing to work with! He kept in great communication with me for almost a year before our wedding. The food was to die for and Wes and his team took great care of us and we didn't have to worry about a thing on our special day. Couldn't recommend them more.

We had masters catering do our wedding this past May and they did amazing! Our group was about 110 people. The food was to die for!! He has a lot of great options on his website you can choose from and prices are very reasonable! We chose - House salad - Rolls - Garlic mashed potatoes - Asparagus with basaltic drizzle - Cedar plank salmon (fresh Alaska salmon and it didn’t cost extra) - Chicken Dijon (he even made a portion gluten free for us) This dinner was very affordable in my opinion, compared to other vendors we looked at! He brought a team out and cooked the meat on site on grills and they also provided napkins, silverware and plates! They also cleared the tables as well. He communicated really well and let us come into the kitchen to taste the food! Our guests were raving about how amazing his food was and a lot of them had wanted to get seconds!

We love working with Wes and his team for events! They are always timely, professional, and the food is delicious! Wes can create a number of menu options for your event, you just have to say what you’re looking for and he will make it happen!
