Philadelphia Catering delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. Christian Lisak was phenomenal in helping us plan our event—he was incredibly patient, responsive, and easy to work with. On our event day, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, arriving on time, setting up seamlessly, and ensuring every detail was handled with care. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety that pleased all of our guests and was beautifully presented. After the event, they returned promptly to pick up their equipment—something we had initially been concerned about—but once again, the Philadelphia Catering team came through right on time. It’s clear that quality and service are top priorities for them. We feel the only drawback was the additional cost for food servicing. Given the overall investment, we had expected Philadelphia Catering to include staff to serve our guests. Instead, we had to rely on our own staff to serve, which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, Philadelphia Catering was top-notch and comes highly recommended.

I’m so grateful to have partnered with the Philadelphia Catering Company! I hosted a squash tournament that held over 500 students and staff in attendance and this company absolutely delivered. The food was fresh, well-organized, and efficiently served. Most importantly, no one left hungry! Coordinating meals at that scale is no small task, and they handled it seamlessly. I have been working with PCC for over 10 years. We had several caterer come into our office with samples and hands down PCC was the best. The food was absolutely delicious. The reasons I continue to work with them year after year keep growing. The food of course, then there's the A-plus service, and the on site servers. Placing orders and getting selection advice from Megan is like working with my own personal catering expert! She is professional, personable, organized, and with quick response to my many request:) Thanks Alan and Staff for many years of great food and service!

We order nearly weekly from Philadelphia Catering for our didactics sessions. They are reliable, timely and pleasant - and the food is terrific! They are also very accommodating to our many food allergies and aversions - and we are so grateful for their flexibility. Having a partner like them actually makes our jobs easier because we know we can count on them to deliver what we ask for - and the folks who are getting lunch are happy too!
