Bozeman Lodge

The care and compassion shown by Heather make everyone feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Watching her interact with older adults is incredibly reassuring, and it is clear how much she values each resident as an individual. Her kindness and warmth create a comforting environment for both residents and their families. The Lodge is truly lucky to have her!

Sharon and I had a great time at the Valentines celebration. We had the shrimp, both of us, and it was very good. The only problem we had was it took a long time to get the meal, but that may have been because we had not pre-ordered. Would we go again? Absolutely! We had a wonderful time and wanted to thank the staff for their service. Because we were invited, it cost us nothing! How can you be a deal like that?

I was super impressed after touring this facility for my mother. Andrew, the director, is a fantastic ambassador for the facility. His communication is extremely helpful and he is willing to work with all types of complicated situations. There is so much to offer here, from a delicious cafeteria to ice cream bistro and multiple activity rooms. They also take residents on field trips to various locations. There are several choices for room configurations that can meet the needs of a variety of residents. Can’t say how much I was impressed with this facility and Andrew in general! I am very hopeful that my mother will get to spend her last days in this wonderful place.

My parents moved into Bozeman Lodge 3 months ago. I waited to write this review to see how all aspects of their new living arrangements would be before commenting on this facility. They love it here. The staff is wonderful. They had a small need for maintenance in their room and the maintenance staff was there the same day to address their small request. The facility is very clean and smells good. There is a daily breakfast, lunch and dinner featured items menu with two to three different options to choose from PLUS if they don't want these featured items then they are able to order off the standard menu which has a good selection of items (ex: hamburger, chef salad, etc etc.). They also Love the variety of activities, both on-site and off-site that are available to keep them active and engaged. I liked the fact that there are 2 elevators, just in case one was being worked on. They especially enjoy the few of the mountains from their room.

My parents did not end up going into assisted living, so they weren’t actually residents there, however, as I searched for a place for them to go, I spoke with Andrew at the Lodge in Bozeman. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely caring. He gave me all the information in a timely fashion and thoroughly explained and answered every question. He followed up, provided encouragement, and was sincerely compassionate. I feel as if I made a friend and will not hesitate recommending others to contact him and check out the Lodge. Thank you!
