First found out about this company in 2019 when my first dog passed tragically. The service and care I received for her was impeccable. So of course I planned to use them as well for an other loved one. Unfortunately my mom passed March of this year. My family and I received the same care and attention to detail as expected. The whole process was made to be stress free as possible. And for that I'm grateful.

My mother in law passed away in her home . We were referred to buckeye cremation by hospice . 2 gentlemen showed up to retrieve her body. They were dressed nicely, drove clean vehicles . One gentleman came in, explained the process step by step. Including equipment, what to expect step by step……Then went outside brought the other gentleman and gurney in. The proceeded to her room where she was . Again explained everything to expect. Carried out moving her . Asked what the family wanted as far as seeing her , covering her ….. expressing condolences all the while ….. they made her bed , took her to their vehicle and came back with 2 roses for the bed . I have witnessed deceased loved ones being removed from their home. This was far and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. I made a point to tell them that . Recommend 100 percent plus . Compassionate, professional, exceptional. Thank you

Buckeye Cremation made everything as simple and easy to do as possible. Once I called and asked them to handle my husband's remains, they took care of everything and guided me through the process politely, gently, and with care for my feelings and state of mind. They let me know pricing and options up-front. There was no high pressure sales tactics to try to get me to spend more money. As soon as I said I wanted to shop much later for an urn, they dropped the subject and didn't mention it again at all. They also made sure to secure my husband's personal effects, something I was not emotionally capable of at the hospital. The thought of taking his wedding ring off of his finger was so triggering and traumatizing that I had to flee the room. I felt bad later, worried I'd not see it again, but they handled it and returned it to me when I picked up his ashes, along with everything else. It was nice they let me wait until I was picking up everything at once instead of making me do multiple trips for his effects, his ashes, and his death certificates, etc... Wonderfully professional, kind, and thoughtful the whole way through this terrible process.

During one of the most difficult times of our lives, Buckeye Cremation was there for me and my family 24/7 during the process. They explained every part of the process along the way with kindness and empathy. Afterwards they checked in on us to see how we were doing and to see if there was anything we needed or any way they could help. I recommend highly recommend them!

My son passed away after a tragic accident. Holly and Michelle were absolutely amazing. They were compassionate and helpful. They did not pressure me or try to upsell me. I truly appreciate the way I was treated. What on the website is what you get. Thank you Buckeye Cremation.
