I recently asked Express Monument Company to make me two markers for the burial of my husband and brother-in-law. Jake was responsive to my needs: always answered my call or texts, was professional and sympathetic, and delivered the markers in a timely manner. He even called the little local cemetery where the burial was to take place to make sure the gates would be unlocked and the area prepared correctly. I give Jake and his company 5 stars and highly recommend them.

Jake was fantastic to work with! His fast replies and understanding of our needs was incredible. My dad had a difficult time with decisions and Jake and the team understood and went beyond to help us! Even in the timing to finish our marker before we had the burial (which was several weeks out) so all the family could see before we had to leave town.
