My partner booked an appointment with these scammers. She paid £40. 10mins before her appointment they cancelled it. Her mental health deteriorated so she was unable to attend her next appointment. She gave them plenty of notice but because she didn’t cancel the Friday prior they kept her money. They quote policy, their policy is not law. The disparity between staff and clients is unfair and unbalanced.
They take money from those that are their lowest in their lives without providing a service.
Please avoid these scammers, there are plenty of good, empathic therapists around, ask for recommendations.

I was looking for counselling in Northampton after I'd been going through a tough time at work. I phoned the Well Being Therapy Centre who found me a great counsellor very fast! I've now been having counselling for three months and it's really making a difference!
