Living in Los Angeles, I've purchased floral arrangements for several years for my mother, who lives in the same town as Royalty Roses. They never disappoint in delivering high quality, long-lasting and beautiful flowers that my mom enjoys every time she receives them

This was my first time ordering from Royalty Roses. Prior to this I had been with a different flower shop for many years. I ended up switching because the quality and freshness of the flowers had really gone down with the other shop. The roses I ordered for my wife from Royalty Roses were in great shape and freshness. I think I might have found my new go to place for flowers.

As an update: The owner was very professional and reached out to us we discussed the incident and he was very quick in his reponse and correcting the issue. It was late but they sent us a whole another arrangement similar to the one ordered. We will be ordering through them sirectly next timem thanks you.
My husband is a nurse who works all day mothers day. So he decides to order me flowers online and have then delivered . They were delivered in a timely manner, i got them as soon as they were dropped off. For over $100 the quality was not good. Not to mention it was supposed to be the XL bouquet. It does not resemble the order at all. Very disappointing. The flowers were wilting some looked squished and we won't even discuss the size. HEB has far better quality. I showed what was ordered and what was received.

Today I received roses from my husband for our anniversary. They were beautiful!! I received several compliments from work :)

I asked Google to find me a flowershop near me . I was on my way home, and at the last moment wanted to purchase flowers for a friend that I wanted to express my gratitude to. I was guided to Royalty Roses. I was welcomed by a friendly employee, Bernie. I explained to Bernie that I had an unusual request (it wasn’t a special occasion, holiday, or event) and that the message I wanted to convey was important to me. He started to show me the business web site catalog, but I immediately stopped him and explained that what I wanted was a more personal and custom request. Bernie then went to the back shop to explain what I wanted to the florist. When the arrangement was presented to me, I told Bernie I felt the flowers and greenery were not fresh and if they could make another attempt with fresh flowers. The owner, Marcos, heard my concerns and recommended roses (since this was the freshest flowers he had), so I agreed to wait for a second attempt flower arrangement. I got to the flowershop at around 12:15 pm and left at 1:15 pm. The small flower arrangement was nice. Marcos suggested I order in advance for better options.
Friendly service, not efficient, Bernie, his wife, and mom made my long wait time pleasant. The selection of available flowers were very limited. The arrangement design was ok. The price was fair. The presentation of the shop was clean. The owner personally came and got feedback on my concerns, he provide me a new arrangement, apologized for the long wait, and he gave me a special gift before I left.
