Brent Patterson has a unique talent and God given gift of compassion for those in grief. Not only did he guide us through the planning of our loved ones service but he also stayed by our side through the last hours of each of my parents last days and hours. My Mom wanted to plan her own service and requested a “pink glitter gala” and that’s what Brent delivered. It was very unconventional but suited Mama to a T. Brent sat down with her almost two years before her passing and went over every detail, right down to choosing her dress, earrings, makeup and who would do her hair. It relieved so much stress for our family and allowed us to process the grief minus all the difficult decisions. He is very detailed, adding so many personal touches that make the service unique and special. Even more important his words, hugs and expressions of comfort were given at just the moment we needed them. I have already pre planned my service so my family can have this same peace and assurance my wishes will be honored. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with this experience.

Brent Patterson works at this location and he is so wonderful to work with. He has done a wedding, a funeral and an anniversary for me and was so awesome at all three of these events. He listens to what you want and he delivers. Also he is very caring always trying to fulfill exactly how you are wanting to portray your feelings. You won’t go wrong with him. Thank you Brent for doing an amazing job for me and our family.

Primrose Funeral Service is a place I highly recommend as the staff, atmosphere and service is all top notch and makes you feel like you are family and not just a stranger. Super clean and well-organized Funeral Home, Andrew is there to help you with any needs and helps ease the process all around!

Dealing with a loss is one of the most soul-crushing, emotionally devastating experiences a human being can endure. In the darkest moment of my life, when grief felt impossible to carry and every decision felt overwhelming, I found myself walking through the doors of this place completely broken. I expected cold professionalism and routine conversations, but instead I was met with compassion, patience, and genuine humanity that I will never forget. I had the privilege of working with a man named Andrew, and I can say without exaggeration that this man changed the entire experience for me and my family. From the very first conversation, Andrew treated us not like clients, but like people whose pain truly mattered. He spoke with kindness, understanding, and a level of empathy that is incredibly rare in this world. During a time when emotions were high and nothing felt easy, he carried himself with such calm professionalism that it immediately gave us comfort.

Primrose was so nice to work with. When you’re dealing with personal loss, you really just need someone who is professional, helpful, organized, and accommodating, and they were exactly that. Everyone in the staff from the director on down was exactly all those things. Thank you to them.
