The number one rule of estate law is not to upset the heirs. We had no argument about money. We simply needed help getting a tax id. He is clueless about anything tax related and rude about his lack of knowledge. I informed his office that my mom has died and years later he was unaware about that before my fathers passing. He is a legal dinosaur with zero bedside manor. I recommend using Ai or someone who understands that a death is a tragedy and not all about how much money your parents or you can funnel thru him and his staff
