Ordering was easy and delivery was smooth. The arrangement I ordered was beautiful, and I appreciate the add on options (balloon and chocolates). Being that I live across the country sometimes it's difficult trusting and choosing a florist you're unfamiliar with. I ordered a really important arrangement for a grieving family member and I am very very happy with my order. Everything was very reasonably priced and I would definitely order from Bloomers again.

Easy order process online, and flowers delivered to my Mom within just a few hours of placing my order. Flowers were beautiful and Mom was happy! Will be a repeat customer.

I ordered funeral flowers and the delivery and ordering process was easy. I did florist choice and the arrangement was beautiful. I’ve never seen anything so beautiful. The friend really liked them for her father’s passing. They took a picture at delivery time.

I recently placed an order on the Bloomers Florist website for floral arrangements to be delivered to William C. Harris Funeral Home. The order was submitted early Wednesday morning with delivery scheduled for the same day. Someone from the flower shop called me Thursday at 4:00pm to tell me they just saw the order. By that time, the service had already taken place and the deceased had been laid to rest. This situation was extremely disappointing and added unnecessary distress during an already difficult period. If your company offers online ordering, it is essential that those orders are monitored and processed promptly to ensure timely delivery, especially for sensitive occasions like funerals. I hope you will review your internal processes to prevent similar issues for other customers in the future.
