This facility is counterproductive to the goals of reform and successful reintegration into society. They seem to take pride in sending individuals back to prison for trivial matters. The case managers are not suited for their roles, as their actions demonstrate a lack of support and rehabilitation. As a mental health professional, I believe significant changes are needed regarding the staff at this location.

My husband was there, unprofessional and the place is poorly managed. BOP pay alot for inmates to reside there but there is no structure there. Mr Wiley do not help nor Mr Smith. They turn a blind eye to what they want. Drugs are smuggled in people getting high in the bathroom. STAFF sleeping with the ladies that was there. Horrible place and BOP really need to revamp the program in Greensboro.

Had a family member in there. These are his words and not mine. Mr King is very unhelpful, unprofessional and 3/4 of what he says is bs. Case manager Bell is his right hand and equally as unhelpful. Would not let us look for jobs or have any sort of passes even on holidays. All under the phony name of covid. Turn their head when people would smoke even though it's technically not allowed. It was ran very poorly, I cannot understand how he is the head of that facility. There were a few Select Staff members who really seemed to want to help however their hands were tied by the upper management. Miss Blue seemed nice and would listen but she's one I'm assuming who appointed Mr King so there's that. The only real positive thing I can say about it was it was better than being in prison.

I was a resident there7 yrs ago only had space for 4 women. I already had a job before I got there 3 days later had a 2nd job. There were guys that had been there for months and weren't even trying to get a job. Whenever I asked to go outside just to sit in the sun it wasn't even 15 to 20 mins and I was told I had to come in so the guys can go out since I was out numbered 20 to 1 . And them letting you go to home confinement was a joke. They can call anytime at night. You have to call them when you leave the house you had to call in the minute you walked in the door and even when you did they'd call and say you didn't. I barely got 2 1/2 hrs between the 2 jobs sometimes you'd get called 2 or 3 times during the night. And God forbid if your leg monitor goes off for no reason. It's nothing but a set up for failure and I don't get where the staff cared about anyone. The place was a joke but I will say I did have great Probation officers in both Greensboro and Winston-Salem Camille

This place is 100% against prison reform and transition. I was threatened by a staff member, and when I stood my ground I was giving an incident report in which I was lied on by another staff member to protect her fellow staff member. The incident was recorded and witnessed by 15+ witnesses. The director refused to speak to me and refused to allow me to speak to VP, Ms. Blue. I have since reported the incident to BOP and Dismas Corporate. They allow smoking in the building knowing it is against federal law. It is filthy in here as well. As of now they are trying to cover up the incident and I believe they will make the camera footage vanish upon my attorney’s request.
