I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Andre, one of the groundkeepers at the Longview Cemetary. When I notice on Memorial Day that there was water in the vase on my sister's headstone, you did not hesitate to stop and take care of it. Your kindness, compassion, and willingness to help during such a meanful time truly meant a lot to me and my family. Thank you, Andre, for your thoughfulness and for the care you show in your work. It does not go unnoticed and is very much appreciated. Warm regards, Venita Crawford Marks.

Andre, the groundskeeper at the cemetery, went above and beyond for our family. He helped dig up the tombstone so we could properly clean it, vacuumed the water out of the vase, and was so kind and respectful throughout the entire process. What touched us most was that he refused to accept a tip. Genuine, caring people like Andre are rare, and his compassion meant more to us than words can express. Thank you for everything you do!

I had to leave 1 star, but I tried to post with zero stars and it would let me. If my entire family wasn’t already buried here I definitely wouldn’t have buried my father here. They tried to tell the funeral home that we owed 2k when they dropped off the payment. How when Longview sent them there invoice so they can cut the check?! We asked for 14 chairs total, 2 additional from the standard that they told us. When we arrived there were only 8 chairs setup in our tent, but 12 at a burial that was at 3. We asked for the casket to be lowered in front of the family when we made the arrangements. The funeral director had to call the keepers over and my son had to assist with the lowering of his Grandfather’s casket. When I called to infirm the staff, they didn’t recall the extra chairs and said that the keepers aren’t usually around when the family is present. So why is it even an option for the casket to be lowered and furthermore why weren’t the details of the funeral communicated to the funeral home. This was definitely not how I wanted to see my father off to his final resting place.

Susan has been wonderful. I live in Tennessee and have been working with her to get the death year for my grandfather on his marker. She has been so kind and wonderful. She has always gotten back to me and even went above and beyond to send me a picture in the snow. Thank you so much Susan for all you have done for me. You are amazing and have totally warmed my heart. Thank you!

Clean, welcoming, friendly and compassionate. My grandpa's service was great and reflected his love for his family and friends flawlessly. We would recommend them to anyone in the area who needs these services.
