I would not recommend this business. It has been 15 years since my mother’s passing, and I still remember how her service was handled here. Unfortunately, it was deeply disappointing. We were told her service would take place in their chapel. On the morning of the funeral, we received a call informing us they had double-booked the space. Her service was then moved to a different location miles away. We had family and friends traveling from out of town who were unable to find the new location, and instead of focusing on honoring my mother, we were managing confusion and logistics during an already painful time. Funerals are moments that cannot be redone. They require care, coordination, and respect. That was not our experience. Even after all these years, this is something I have not forgotten.

I want to give a huge shout out to Justin Williams and the Williams Funeral Directors. When we lost our dad we were so incredibly lost on what he wanted, needed etc. Justin made the entire process so much easier and took care of our dad every step of the way. I’m so beyond thankful for the love and kindness they all showed us and our family! Words can never thank you

After my mother’s sudden passing, we realized her pre-paid burial plans were split between two funeral homes, and her body was mistakenly sent to a funeral home in Dallas. We went to that funeral home only to find them to be very cold and strictly transactional. Then we went to Williams Funeral Directors. What a difference! We met with Raul & Griselda and experienced a very different kind of service. From the moment we met, they demonstrated a true caring, compassionate and understanding of our loss. It was they who had helped our mother with her pre-paid burial plan and remembered her well. They knew the dress that our mother had picked out as well as the crown she wanted on her head, the rosary that was to be placed in her hands and a sash that read “Greatest Mother in the World.” Raul spoke about this at the funeral service, which showed their personal connection to our mom as well as to our entire family. At the arrangement conference, Raul & Griselda explained all our options and pieced together the two pre-paid contracts with ease. We chose their beautiful chapel for the service and the spacious reception hall for our visitors. After touring the facilities, we just happened to meet up with Justin Williams, an officer of the company. We explained our situation of having our mother at another funeral home but were now choosing Williams. Without hesitation, Justin immediately got the hearse ready and personally drove to the other funeral home. He even fronted the charges incurred by us at the first funeral home. He brought our mother into the care of Williams Funeral Directors by 4:00 pm on that same day. Even though everything started out badly with the first funeral home, our experience with Williams Funeral Directors was nothing short of miraculous. Raul & Griselda took care of us with grace and professionalism. They treated our mother with dignity and respect. To our surprise, they stayed by our side throughout the entire services, including the burial, as if they were part of our family. They never abandoned us and went far above and beyond anything we expected. We are eternally grateful to the Williams team for carrying the weight that we couldn't lift ourselves. Forever Grateful, Juan Rodriguez

We cannot thank Williams Funeral Home enough for their care and professionalism. Raul went above and beyond for our family. He was patient, kind, and always available to answer our questions. During such an emotional time, his support meant everything to us. We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

My father passed in January and had previously made all the arrangements with this establishment before he died. After his passing, they switched people on us and the new guy had no idea what was going on and messed many things up. The worst mistake was on the morning of the funeral, the programs that were printed had the WRONG NAME, wrong birth and death date and wrong obit!! Thankfully a family member caught this right before the funeral began and they made a very hasty reprint...but that kind of blatant mistake is just unforgivable and completely avoidable, especially given the importance of honoring a loved one’s memory. It’s the kind of error that undermines trust and adds unnecessary stress to an already painful day. There is a complete lack of communication and professionalism here.
