If it were possible I would give this funeral home a 10 out of 10 stars simply because of the ladies I worked with Nicole and Andrea, especially Nicole, honestly made this difficult time very bearable she is so professional yet so kind I would recommend asking for Nicole. I am so impressed by the lengths that they would go to to make you feel heard and help out in any way they can.

This review goes out to Sean and the grounds workers who were responsible for taking wonderful care of our grandmother's gravestone after it had been badly marked by heavy equipment. Sean was extremely helpful and stood by his word by following up faithfully and keeping me up-to-date on everything. The stone looks amazing! Thank you for your kindness Sean. truly can’t say enough kind things about Pleasantview Funeral Home. When my mom passed away, it was obviously an incredibly difficult time for our family. My mom was a huge music fan, so we asked if we could create a playlist of all her favourite songs. She loved classic rock, with a bit of hip hop and alternative mixed in, and we also asked if the music could be played a little bit louder than usual (we were the only viewing/service that day) because she always loved her music. The team at Pleasantview was so accommodating and supportive. They made it happen without hesitation. Hearing her favourite songs playing filled the room in a way that honestly made it feel like she was there with us in spirit. For such a heavy and emotional day, they helped create moments that made many of us smile. They were thoughtful, respectful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my mom was represented in a way that felt like her. Our family will always be grateful for the care they showed us during such a difficult time.

The staff (particularly Wendy) was able to help with decisions, was emotionally supportive and added some small touches that made the day of the memorial memorable. She practically became one of the family. She also stepped up to overcome some challenges related to everyone being from out of town. Sean was able to walk us through some practical end of life details. The facilities and grounds are beautiful. The catering was fantastic and was able to deal with food allergies.

During an incredibly difficult time, Stacy showed genuine compassion and professionalism. From the first conversation through the final arrangements, everything was handled with care, dignity, and attention to detail. She took the time to explain each step, answer questions patiently, and accommodate our family’s wishes without ever making us feel rushed. What stood out most was the kindness of the staff. Their empathy felt sincere, and it was clear they truly care about the families they serve. We are deeply grateful for the support they provided and would highly recommend this funeral home and cemetery to anyone seeking respectful, compassionate care during a time of loss.
