After my beloved husband, Mike, passed I originally had another monument company. Long story short, the original company went out of business before my husband's stone was completed. All I had was the base and the stone without any engraving. I reached out to Bill at Pippin and explained my needs and he worked diligently to pick up the stone and base, engrave it, and put a special order porcelain tile on it with a picture of Mike's hot rod. Bill and his team were understanding and accommodating and kept me apprised of every step. I appreciate everything they did for me to honor my late husband.
