The Flower Cottage

I have ordered flowers from the flower cottage many time over the years, and they have always done an amazing job. Most recently, I ordered a funeral spray for my uncles funeral. I called them up and let them know what my price range was and asks if they would be able to put something together for me in Bears colors, since my uncle was a big Bears fan. They knocked it out of the park! I was very happy with what they put together and feel like I got a great value for what I paid.

This florist was so kind and accommodating when I called to order a last-minute corsage for my son’s homecoming. They were able to make it same-day and it turned out beautifully. Wonderful customer service from a local business. Thank you!!!

I will let everyone who reads this be the judge. Does the product on the left look like the product on the right? A deluxe product was ordered, but even the standard advertisement on the website would look better than what was received. I was trying to find a place I could use regularly. I will keep trying. SO disappointed

I ordered the Blush Life Bouquet, hoping it would look fairly similar and they would use similar flowers for Mother’s Day. From a personal preference and someone who works with many floral shops, this shop did not call to confirm the flower selections, did not respect the time requested for delivery in the notes, or give me a call to follow up on whether they could deliver at that time or anything. The communication was pretty poor. I did not like the final product. I never asked for this green bush-looking addition, and it did not look that great. I ordered the premium, and this just looked sad. Not happy with the product and won’t be ordering from here again. Please start following up with your customers, it would boost your communication and your business.

I came in about 30 minutes before the listed closing time on google to get a Bouquet for my mother, hoping there were some premade ones. There weren’t but the man (I didn’t get his name but assume he’s the owner), made me one within minutes and within my budget. He was so kind and professional. I will absolutely be back. Today is a pretty somber day for me and my fam, with it being the death anniversary of a loved one, and having this warm encounter really brightened my spirits. You never know what’s going on with folks and kindness truly does go a long way. Thank you.
