My experience with Turrentine Jackson Morrow was wonderful. The care, kindness, and attention to detail was fantastic. Everything turned out even better than I expected. They were with us and guided us every step of the way. The entire staff is amazing and went above and beyond!! Thank you ❤️

It still haunts me to this day. My mother was a devoted woman with strong Catholic beliefs, and even something as meaningful as her rosary was missing from her hand prior to her viewing. During the service, my husband was supposed to be a pallbearer, but another family member—who was not designated—stepped into his spot. As a result, my husband, her own son-in-law, never got the chance to carry her. Only the selected pallbearers should have been called when it was time to place her in the hearse. Moments like this showed a clear lack of organization. This was our final moment with her, and it should have been handled with far more care. To make matters worse, I had dropped off jewelry for my mother ashes to be placed in after she was cremated, only to learn she had already been cremated one to two hours before I arrived. I was then told she was “in the cooling process.” I had originally been told that because she was on the smaller side, she would be one of the last to be cremated at the end of the day. So hearing this was another shock. If I hadn’t come to drop off the jewelry, I would have never known. There needs to be more organization and communication when you are entrusted with someone’s loved one being laid to rest.

Undoubtedly, one of the most difficult times in our family's life, Jennifer Bradley and the entire staff at Turrentine Jackson Morrow provided us with tremendous support, love, and amazing customer service. We will always appreciate how patient, caring, and supportive they were in our time of grief. Jennifer was there for us every step of the way and always provided my wife and I with a prompt reply with our inquiries. Jennifer also did a stellar job in assisting my wife and I in designing our son's memorial. We absolutely love how it turned out, and thankful for her patience during the entire process. Berkshire Chapel, which is next door to the funeral home, is very well kept, spacious, and provides live streaming services for loved ones who are unable to attend. The entire staff did an excellent job during the viewing services, working and coordinating with our Pastor on the day of the funeral, and ensuring that both days went smoothly. The staff was also immensely kind and generous in dropping off our flowers to our home following the funeral services. We love Jennifer and the entire Turrentine Jackson Morrow (Frisco) team, and recommend them to any family that is looking for a trusted and reputable funeral home.

My husband of 48 years passed away suddenly in January which left my family and me in a state of disbelief and shock. My daughter had been to a beautiful service for a friend recently at this funeral home and immediately knew it was where we needed to go. From the very first encounter we felt comfortable and at peace with our decision. Every member of the staff here is kind, gentle and so helpful and put our hearts at ease. We knew immediately we could trust them. I 100% recommend TURRENTINE-JACKSON-MORROW if you are wanting the emotional time of losing a loved one to be as easy and as it can possibly be.
