The Staff and Director Mike so nice respectful and pleasant to talk too. Mike made suggestions and thought of things I wasn't able to at the time. But he was so helpful with the whole planning process. It truly helped me on ALOT of things. Was blessed that my parents chose this funeral to be their "One stop shop as they said." I would recommend them 100% and more.

Tammy was extremely helpful and very compassionate. I am happy to deal with Tyler Mountain Memory Garden even in such difficult times. My daughter passed in December and on her birthday in February, since we did not have a marker yet, we scattered rose petals and blew bubbles at her gravesite.

Highly recommend Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens… I wish I could give more than 5 stars, I lost both parents within 18 days of each other, so this was a difficult time for me. The staff here were so compassionate and helpful with all of the arrangements. They made this difficult situation much easier. I definitely recommend the buffet afterwards as it is nice to have a meal with friends and family without having to go to another place.

My family and I visited Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens in Cross Lanes today to see our loved ones. When we arrived, Chad noticed something very upsetting. There were cemetery vases scattered everywhere, many bent, and piles of red clay mud were spread across grave markers and flowers left behind. In some places, two vases were at one grave and none at others. It looked like heavy equipment, possibly a backhoe used for digging graves, had been driven over or near several markers, vases, and decorations. I understand that the grass needs to be cut and wind can blow things over. However, this didn’t look like wind damage. The vases were bent, and the mess seemed more extensive than normal maintenance. I wanted to give everyone a heads up. You may want to check on your loved ones’ graves. This is a sensitive place for families and deserves care and respect. ❤️ Also, a few of the grave markers looked sunk into the ground. And needs filled in real bad.

It was a refreshing site to have all the staff genuinely caring, compassionate and there when you needed them. They do not have the red headed woman who made our lives miserable a few years prior. I recommend the crew there now to anyone! Thank you with all you did to help me. Rosemarie has left a huge hole in my life
