Heartland Hospice

Heartland has been a wonderful service for palliative and hospice care for my 88 year old father !! They are top notch in the communication with my parents in scheduling their weekly healthcare visits! The nurse staff that comes are always so kind gentle and understanding of my dad’s needs. He actually looks forward to their visits ! They have even come one one emergency visit when my dads needs dad could not move from his chair and was in pain . The service is incredible and we are very grateful !! Highly recommend!!

Heartland Hospice has done a wonderful job caring for my mother. They have taken a lot of the stress and worry off of our family and I feel confident my mother is in great hands.

I am very pleased with the support that we have received from Cherrie and Sandy of Heartland Hospice Care. They are constantly checking on my Mom at Cooper River Post Acute. My Mom is 103 years of age and very fragile. Both of these ladies check on and work with my Mom. We have only subscribed to their care for a few months but it has been like we have known them much longer. We have become close to them as they share information with us on my Mom’s care. I thought taking care of my elderly mother at the end-stage of her Parkinson’s was going to be such an undertaking. However, with the help and support of Heartland Hospice she received all the care and comfort she needed, and I received an abundance of support as well. Everyone at Heartland was wonderful, kind and patient with us. We could not have asked for a better experience.

My mother had been experiencing pain in her lower back and legs for almost 6 months. Heartland came out to do an evaluation on a Saturday and after checking her out contacted the doctors and she was taken on as a patient. They cared for her from Saturday and she quickly passed away on Tuesday evening. The people involved were Mike, Patrick, Julie and Myra. The staff were professional, helpful and very experienced at what they were doing. My wife and I can’t say enough good about this organization. We would give them great reviews!
