We would like to express heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Baldwin Brothers for the exceptional care and compassion shown to our family during one of the most difficult times in our lives. From the beginning of the process, Daniel and Rosemary were incredibly helpful, professional and understanding. They guided us every step of the way and were always available whenever we need assistance. The entire process became complicated because my father’s transport was delayed for about 44 days due to the paperwork issues and unexpected change in destination caused by the war situation. Despite these challenges, the funeral home handled everything with patience, efficiency and genuine compassion. We were especially impressed with how well my father’s body was preserved throughout the entire period. The pricing was also fair and reasonable. We truly appreciated the honesty and transparency provided by the team. We highly recommend this funeral home,especially for families needing assistance with international transportation of deceased loved one.

Baldwin Brothers really put my mind at ease. Rosemary was very patient. Daniel ( funeral director) very patient and calm answered all my crazy questions and handled everything which put my mind at ease.
