I can’t begin to express how grateful we are for this casket company especially the owner Bessie. In one of the darkest and most painful moments of our lives, they stepped in with compassion, grace, and generosity that went far beyond anything we could have expected. They didn’t treat us like customers;they treated us like family. Their kindness was overwhelming, and their willingness to help made an impossible time feel just a little more bearable. The casket itself was beautiful, dignified, and exactly what we hoped for; but what truly stood out was the humanity behind the service. In a world where so many businesses focus on the bottom line, this company focused on our hearts. We will never forget what they did for us.

Budget Casket had a larger selection of caskets in stock to choose from than the funeral home and the prices were way less. I saved $6,000 by purchasing the casket from Budget. Bessie is a jewel, she is so kind and she made us so feel comfortable. Budget delivered to the funeral the very next day after the purchase.
