Hoosier Headstones

My sister purchased a headstone a year ago for our mother and the delivery/setting of the stone is constantly getting pushed back. It was supposed to be April/May. She was told the company who is engraving the stone had a machine break down so that pushed it back (she had to continually call to get this answer, the company did not contact her to let her know this and her initial and subsequent calls/voicemail messages were ignored). Now (after several more unanswered calls and FINALLY speaking to someone weeks later)she is being told the stone was made wrong and is going to be another 4 months before it can be set. During this whole time, she has had numerous calls get ignored and she had to contact this company to be told these "excuses". Headstones are not cheap and to not be contacted up front about these "issues" is TERRIBLE customer service. Now, let's see what she's told in 4 more months. I'm curious as to what the next excuse will be. Communication goes a long way in keeping customers satisfied and updated on any issues; however, this company has failed at that bare minimum. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Melissa was wonderful and very helpful. My mom loved working with her as well. We cannot get over how easy she made the process and how quickly and efficiently it was handled. We put this process off bc we thought they would try to upsell us on more than my mom could afford and that was not the case at all. It was not like dealing with a salesperson at all. Our monument looks great and she took care of everything in a friendly and professional manner. Highly recommend.

Melissa did a fabulous job taking care of us! The finished product was even more beautiful than we had anticipated and the installation was perfect! Thank you for doing such a great job!
